HOW CBT CAN HELP

CBT can be used to help with a variety of mental health issues including: general anxiety, stress, depression and phobia.  Physically, the therapy can help with pain management and illness, providing a range of coping strategies.  Coaching can also be incorporated to address issues such as work/life balance and mid-life change.

These sessions can take place either in person or online - whichever is most convenient for you.
